RSR 20 – Night running and equipment you should use

Episode number 20 of my daily triathlon training diary…..  Wow, really number 20 already?  I can’t believe it.

Ever run at night or wanted to run at night but you don’t feel it is safe?  I give some pointers and talk about some equipment that I use for night running.  Also find out if I finished before midnight today… Am I sore?  Am I burned out?  How can you get more energy to workout?  Feeling sluggish?  Tune in to find out the answers to all of these questions!

I love running at night as well. There is just something about it….. I used to run with NO light but then I began to worry about tripping over uneven pavement and didn’t want to end up with injury.

One of my friend Radek Parnica who on my Triathlete video and very strong swimmer on the Escape From Alcatraz triathlon but beach sand go in the his shoe and quit . Quit for save his foot for the one week after Iron Man race.

So if you have read any of the blog thus far you know a little bit about me… I can not be told what to do and I push myself about as far as I can be pushed!

I was never really the athletic type. Sure, I played tennis in high school (and quite well, mind you) but running CERTAINLY was never my thing!
